Our company, Azienda Agricola Il Ciabot, is a family business that cultivates her own fields since four generations. All the activities are managed by my son Fabio and me, Maurizio, following tradition and passion preserved in the years. We strongly believe in the development of the land, our philosophy is based on love for nature, respect for the environment and consumers’ health protection. We don’t use pesticides and chemical fertilizers, we operate in full compliance with organic agricolture. Il Ciabot is located in the heart of Alta Langa, surrounded by hazelnut trees and wildlife. We choose an organic farming with the aim to offer genuine, healthy and excellent products to our customers.
